About My Practice

Hello, my name is Jen. I have been teaching mat-based Pilates since 2016 and have over 20 years of personal Pilates practice. The aim of my practice is to unite the body and mind by using the key Pilates principles to improve flexibility and balance, promote a better posture, strengthen muscles and prevent injury by using low-impact, conditioning movements.

Small group classes (2-4)

Small group classes are a great way to exercise with friends and/or family at home. I will personalise the classes based on the groups needs. The classes include use of small equipment.

Private one 2 one class

Private one to one classes are a great way to personalise your Pilates practice. If you are new to Pilates, suffering from pain or injury, I recommend taking a few private classes before joining group classes.

My first experience of online classes. Jennifer has managed to make Pilates via zoom feel personal. I enjoy being part of a group. For me the classes work well. As I am having treatment which gives me achy joints Jennifer sends me a recorded link to do at a time which works for me when I feel tired.

Jennifer is very clear both with her directions and demonstrations. Also flexible in her approach and very inclusive. I look forward to the classes and feel much better afterwards

I was a total beginner and concerned I wouldn’t keep up! However Jen made everyone on the class feel so welcome and at ease and was able to tailor the class to suit individuals. The hour long class flys by with Jen’s bubbly, friendly and very clear instructions. I can’t believe how much better I feel having done 2 months of classes.

I’m a Pilates novice, but found these classes so instructive and clear, yet they provided a really great challenge and uncovered muscles I didn’t know I had. After four weeks my core is genuinely stronger. Can’t wait for the next class!
